Sports bars

I just bought a set of Sports Bars VUB502790 but have yet to recieve them.
My question is will they fit on any of the 3 mounting positions on the L322 roof?
All the photos I see have them on the front and centre mounts but it could be useful to use front and rear or centre and rear.

Adrian, they will only fit on the front 2 positions. If you have roof rails (running front to back) then you can slide the cross bars to any position.

Thumbs Up

Damn. Sad
Still they are better than no roof rack and it means I can get the ladders out of the car
Ah well the roof tent might look a bit daft up front Very Happy

Check the weight of your tent. There is a weight limit on the bars iirc. You may need the expedition rack if you want heavy weight on it. (see the chap's blog who drove an unadulterated FFRR from London to Cape town last year)

96 to 100kg depending on what you read.
Oh I would love an expedition rack but the cost of shipping is prohibitive Sad
Might have to make one Shocked
