How do I go about removing the front fog lamps on my facelifted 06MY FFRR?

Do the colour coded surrounds just pull out or are there catches? I've looked at RAVE but it just says 'release the clips' but I can't see any?! FFRR TD6 06MY. Cairns Blue, Blue Hide. LR 7 Spoke 20" Wheels, S/C Grill and Vents. Privacy Glass and Side Steps
