My wife's iPhone 4 has started playing up. Apple wanted £100+ to fix (replace) the phone. I have natwest mobile insurance, so does anyone have any usefull info on making a claim? Never done it before and don't want to shoot myself in the foot by saying the wrong thing and invalidating the insurance. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Boring answer, but the very best thing to do would be to obtain and read the specific policy you have. 2003 4.4 HSE Epsom Green / Sand. Lovely! |

But as already stated - check the policy wording before doing anything ! |

I'm happy to tell them it's broken just didn't want to get fuvked in the process. Does a hone know if they repair or replace phones? [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Insurance will generally not cover water damage. Too many people have 'dropped it in the loo'. Most insurance is a complete con and if you read the small print you will realise it's covered for jack , and jack just left town.... Land Rover Addict

Have you specifically covered it? You get it free of charge with certain accounts, but you still have to register your phone, imei and everything. Other than that, I think you can check the wording online if you have the login. Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |
