engine error codes ??

Hi,
I have 2 error codes occasionally logged by my IIdtool 41C and 41D (lambda sensor codes) does anyone know what the codes Indicate ? I have emailed support at GAP who are very good but I'm wondering if anyone knows on here.
any assistance appreciated Very Happy
