what does that mean? Adam I would also put pressure on the dealer to change the battery, my experience with batteries which have been left in a partial or discharged state is that the capacity and ability to hold charge is significantly reduced, and as I learned to my cost the FBH consumes power at an alarming rate, and unless your battery is up to scratch it is only a matter of time before it lets you down. Looks a lovely motor, same colour as mine - good choice, looks really classy and makes a nice change from the standard black |

Doc, I can tell it was a mucky car inside, had been well used and not looked after but it was only superficial. I've now gone over the details and it seems fine.

I reckon as I got a great price on the car itself they will be less than inclined to start givin me things. I know I paid less than it owed them cos he showed me the stock list and what they bought it in for Discovery 4 HSE

Do people still fall for that old chestnut? The salesmans 'stock list' is a sales tool designed to assist him in selling the car........... I'll give you a minute to think about that one Still a nice motor so congrats on that one! The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |

JMC, maybe there was a bit of hoodwinking going on, but I still know I got a good price for the spec, age and mileage, as I've been looking at 2nd hand prices for the best party of 12 months! Discovery 4 HSE
