Got in the car today, started fine etc, wasnt until a minute or so later that i noticed that the head unit and screen wasnt working, no screen, radio, cd, nav etc.

Refused to work. Turned it off, back on, no joy.
Checked fuses in boot and glove box, swapped relay for another, still no joy.

Opened bonet to disconnect battery to see if it would reset.
Started working as soon as i pulled the lever. ????

Who knows. Surely the Bonet sensor had no bearing on the radio unit......

Anyway now working, so far so good.

Anyone else had this happen? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I had same symptoms for the first time 2 weeks ago, but turned off ignition before popping bonnet.
