Sadly I didn't do a how to, but it's actually pretty darned easy. The dealer will want to charge about £150 for doing this work but you only need a screwdriver and socket set. Take off the grille first.

With the help of this post, (http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/post72638.html#72638) I removed all the bolts and screws, not that many surprisingly. Once the bumper is freed you just have to uncouple the washers from the main bottle - do this at the base of the washer bottle, its easier.

Unclip the sensors one by one.

I put a cardboard box under the bumper to take the weight while I undid the sensors, then just placed it on dust sheets for protection.

here's what it looks like when it's off.

It's a nice easy job, and, it gave me access to the oil cooler radiator (I think that's what it is) on the OS front. It had a dead birds in there and was clogged with feathers and leaves so it was worthwhile just to unclog that.
