Remote control for RSE isn't operating any of the functions. Batteries ok, lights lighting up. Any ideas?

The remote will not work if the RSE screen is showing on the front display so the parent can override the kids remote inputs, I was caught out with this a few times! Have you checked on the RSE screen on the front display If the remote has been disabled, as I remember it is a touch button with a remote pic on it on the right side of the screen? MY2007 S/C - Stornoway / Jet
