water in spare tyre space

can someone point me in the direction of the link about fixing the water in the spare wheel compartment

went out there today and it was filled with water Censored i can see where it is coming in but wondering if i can just silicon it or do i need to do something else Thumbs Up

this is not the link im sure there is another 1


the water is coming into the sparewheel compartment not where the audio is that is dry

it is coming in both sides of the spare wheel space

Check the boot seal first by removing it and inspecting all of it closely. I initially checked mine on the car and could not see the worn corner until it was removed.

just an update on this it was the rear boot seal that was shot

put a new 1 on no more problems dry as a nuns Censored
