When you phone the branch ask them some relevant questions to let them know you are knowledgable ie re connection of heated element, aerials etc. Most importantly, I believe is also to let them have it at their premises and give them all the time in the world . . . it worked for mine !

They should fit a pilkington screen, they do not generally go for pat parts on more expensive/complex cars, so make sure you ask and confirm. Pilkington is oem, the LR branded screen is a pilks screen with a different logo. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
