Don't know about any of you guys but when my car was under warranty for the first 3 years when work was needing done on her and instead of going to the LR Dealership from where i bought her i would go to one that's nearer.

I agree, they are missing a Sales Trick. People who drive Range Rovers have disposable income and even if they do not make up the majority of sales like Freeloaders do, they should be enticing us to upgrade by letting us have a newer car on loan.

I think it all depends on the dealer.

Lakeland LR I have a 500+ mile round trip to get my car serviced there and have been doing that for the past 3 years. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |

I've always had a courtesy car from Lakeland LR and usually tour about the Lakes with overnight accommodation as if it were a 'mini-break'. To be fair, last time I was there (picking-up the new FFRR) I noticed that they have 'invested' in a fleet of very cheap Vauxhall Corsas to use as courtesy cars. I fully appreciate and understand the economics of this, but I certainly don't fancy 'touring' in one. The worst part is that I doubt if the service invoices are reduced to reflect this, so it seems like you are getting a poorer deal.

If you purchased from a Land Rover dealer, I believe you have a 30 day exchange policy to simply return the vehicle for whatever reason. Check the approved used website for details.

Checked this out today, As I have lodged compalaints at the begining of my ownership I can ask at any time ask for the vehicle to be exchanged or if that cant be done a refund must be issued if the problems logged now continue to persist.
