United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Tonga Green

I would buy a warranty with one. I bought one I had known very well from new and as it came from a friend I put a warranty on it from Warranty Direct to give everyone peace of mind should something go wrong that it was covered. The car has been a sweetie from new with no nonsense. Full LR SH and then she ate her rear diff at 63,000 miles!
Warranty Direct Paid up straight away with no mucking about. Cannot say fairer than that, the warranty from them was around £800 and the bill for the diff was something like £1,500.00. I had an excess to pay but Land Rover made a good will jesture which covered that.
So my advice having had a Range Rover since leaving college is, FULL LR Service history. As few owners as possible and a good warranty from a trustworthy outfit and a good main dealer that you can trust. Then you are pretty much set in my humble opinion.

Thanks for the tips. Just test drove a 4.2 sc from land rover Bradford. It's done 55k ish miles, 2 owners with obviously the land rover 1 year warranty. Option to extend this for 800 a year. Only issue was it had rust of the wheel drums, exhaust, scratches inside. For enough it's second hand and 2006, it drove ok nothing specially. They want 23k for it which from looking around sounds a bit steep.
