Hi guys,

Thanks to those who contributed raised over 2,500 so far but not on justbgiving page

Yes I completed the marathon was going for a sub 4 hour ended it in five hours after pulling my calf and

Running it on pain killers, haven't ran in 2 weeks still sore but Liverpool marathon next and no I won't be starting

A thread for whichever charity I decide to do it for, but it looks like McMillan for cancer lol
