I had a 4 wheel alignment done yesterday after a pothole incident that left my steering pulling to the right. Picked the car up at lunchtime and it was driving a LOT better, however it now was steering (not pulling) to the left when the wheel was centred. Rang them last night around 8pm and spoke to someone who got me a callback first thing this morning (15 mins before they "officially" opened). They said I could "pop it in for a road test and then they would see where to go from there". When I arrived I got a good welcome and went out with one of the service staff who confirmed it was steering to the left. He asked if I wanted to wait 15 mins while he adjusted it or if I wanted them to drop it off later. I decided to wait and 25 mins later (which wasn't the end of the world) I was handed back the key and the car now drives absolutely straight as an arrow and feels better than it did before I clonked a pothole! Although the price was a bit steep at £120 I think the speed in which it was corrected and the service I got was brilliant.
