Is this the right steering motor?

I bought this off eBay, was told it was new up down motor. Did I get the right one cause I have had a look at other ones and they look a little different.

Censored so it looks like the guy sold me the reach motor not the tilt which is what I needed. Can anyone else confirm this before I go back to him on it?
