United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Bournville
2002 > 2010 facelift

Not sure if this has been posted before but whilst googling last night I came across this FFRR that has gone from a 2002 to a 2010

http://l322.com/

Looks like he has spent serious cash on this as its already gone from a 2002 to 2006 and from HSE to supercharger (look only) before the latest change to the 2010.

If you were going to ALL that trouble wouldn't you make sure that there was nothing left on the car that people could ID it as a 2002 at a glance?

Have you spotted it yet??

In fact there are 2 things.

Let's see who spots them.

Looks good though, can't see a total cost figure to do it all and how long it took. We should ask him to join our forum, he could certainly be useful here! Discovery 4 HSE

Martin is half right.

The wing mirrors are the old 'elephant ears' type and also not colour coded. (I've only seen Vogue SE 2010 MY which do have colour coded mirrors so not certain the Vogues have them too)

Also it doesn't have the OE Sat Nav fin on the roof. I can see something there but its not the one that should be there. Discovery 4 HSE

England 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zermatt Silver

Wing Mirrors incorrect

Sat Nav Aerial incorrect

Front Fogs Missing from bumper

The biggest one is colour of car. This would instantly stand out for me as a converted car.

Great conversion though! This car had previously been converted to an 06 Facelift and now they have done it again. Top lads who do a thorough job. He is also upgraded the Side vents again and they are the correct wheels.

If you guys at L322.com (Great Domain by the way) are reading this how about contributing to the site Thumbs Up

I cannot see the total price it would cost ,

Anyhow RR are bringing out a new FFRR model for 2011 as the L322 design is now reaching 10 years of age.

Go to "PART LIST FOR HEADLIGHT FACE LIFT" at the top and get your calculator out Smile

Doesn't seem to include the new 2010 grille though.

I noticed that too. I wonder if its possible to fit the newer grille to existing facelift cars? Discovery 4 HSE

I think the dip in the bumper for the 2010 grille is much deeper than the 2006.

In their list of main parts used for 2002 to 2010 (excluding grille and vents as far as we can see) the total cost is £1500.90. Thats parts only of course. It must have take a lot of work.

If you had a perfect low miles single owner car in immaculate condition it MAY be worth doing all of this but otherwise, is it really worth the hassle?

Just looking on eBay there are side vents, front grilles etc all for sale already, same sort of prices as the current SC vents and grilles.

I wonder how easy it is to transplant newer headlights with the LEDs onto a facelift car? If its simple, people will no doubt do that too. Discovery 4 HSE
