I think I am missing one of these little things for my hi lo gear switches. Would a little piece of copper suffice instead? At the moment only the button with that thing connected will work so I assume its some sort of conductive thingy..it connects the two gold squares on either side of the circuit board..

Has it ever worked? I ask that as I broke one of my switches and ordered a new unit. There are 2 different part numbers for a small circuirt board behind the switches, and I had to swap mine over with the old one from my broken unit for mine to work. Easy to do as it was a few tiny screws and a plug. I still have the brand new one that came with the new selector. Reformed |

The only part I have now is the new circuit board that did not work, as mine was the older circuit board. (Part number FJV000255), I binned my old broken console after fitting the new one.
