I found it a little numb, steering is heavy and not very precise. The Merc diesel V6 was swift enough though held back a bit by the 4 speed auto box. It's a good motorway mile muncher but feels a bit clumsy to enjoy driving it around anything resembling a bend in the road. Interior is a bit lack-lustre, you can tell its been built to a strict budget. I'd imagine high mileage examples will look very tatty inside. She used to manage 26-27 MPG mixed driving although you could get considerably more on a long journey. As a plus point it sneaks into the lower tax bracket. They are a bit boring but they are solid cars and seem to score well on JD power as well and their owners love them..
