Does not look like the royal security ones as they used to park in a hotel I used and they all had genuine tow bars and no changes to grills or vents.

It wont be a security type one as it would cost to much to strip out the armour.

I'd avoid as thats been a city dweller type car thats probably been used by some senior staffer and thus has the cheapy towbar on as well which has seen some use i'd say and they've run into what they hitch upto a few times looking at the bumper, and its seen plenty of driver in/out action and same on the passenger side rear i'd say and the passenger seat isn't even photo'd...

Walk away as it wouldn't be worth it in the long run otherwise they'd run it for a bit longer unless its had a huge bill recently, not economical to get rid now, they would normallly keep it another year or more tbh.....
