Arguably it is our concern when there is a vehicle on the road which has a modification which COULD cause further distraction to the driver and potentially an accident. It is illegal for a reason and it doesn't matter how good of a driver you are - everyone can get distracted. |

Stu. I spend much of my working life cutting out seriously injured people from crashed cars. It is sad to notice that usually the most seriously injured people (often dead ones) are often the innocent parties in crashes. A moments distraction can be all it takes for somebody to be seriously injured or killed in a car crash.
