Got my S/C back today with the gearbox having been rebuilt. Thanks Warranty Direcy,
I must say, anybody who's fed up of their FFRR or thinking of changing, don't. Just drive a normal car for a couple of weeks and you'll be so gld to get yours back.
On the dash to the airport today, it was sublime, and probably the only car which could have got me there on time. After two weeks of being invisible in a crappy rental car, it's great to get back to the presence of the sc. the Sport on the M25 should have got out of the way and made way for big brother though 
Anyway looking forward to a weeken of tlc and polishing,  Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!
