Yes, I know its actually Vacuum something or other but has anyone had it done?

I bought some new side vents from another forum member and did one side, I asked SWMBO which side she preferred and she said the original even with the white side repeater, I also fitted a smoked one the "new" side - I have posted some pics elsewhere ont' forum.

However before I change back - and I will because you all know how life is. The coating on the original grills has bubbled over time and needs redoing (unless you can buy just the grill insert from LR -Dan?) and so I wonder if anyone has had this done.

I'd be interested in this too, as I am looking to chrome some interior trim, much like the newer range rover interior.

I know you can get chrome and satin chrome spray paint. Might try this and lacquer it afterwards. Tom

Unfortunately i believe you can only chrome virgin plastic... So no, im afraid you cannot re-chrome plastic neither can you chrome plastic thats been painted etc etc...
