I've ordered some. Not used before so we'll see how smoothly it goes. Regards

We are driving down to the alps this ski season, I usually borrow NKSC's snow chains for in the car (never had to fit them) but wondered if these are any good? They certainly would be easy to carry and less likely to damage the face of the wheels. Discovery 4 HSE

Well......What a palaver...
I finally got an email today refunding my money for these. It seems that it was a speculative venture from RockSalt and they never actually had any of these tyre socks but were waiting on a shipment from the Far East that never arrived.
Put me off using Groupon again to be honest, they’ve been nothing but hard work. Regards

I had snow socks on my Audi a3, they were a nightmare to put on and off especially in the snow, your fingers do be raw, plus you get filthy.they provide excellent grip in snow but get wrecked v quickly on normal roads..mine were from micksgarage.ie
