The front and rear offsides are wearing their inner shoulders down as per the photo. Nearsides look fine.

Anyone hazard a guess as to why? Car drives fine and I'm always keen to keeping pressures correct.

I'd recommend getting a proper 4 wheel computer alignment done. You can have a car that drives fine but with the caster, camber and toe geometry all over the place. It's not until it's set up properly you realise how bad it was.

if there are no obviously worn bushes or anything bent, then i would expect it's just an adjustment issue.

Best kits for the alignment is the hunter Hawkeye, make sure your chap can check the front and rear toe, camber, castor, steer ahead etc.

the rear wear is possibly down to a worn top bush on the hub, the front is probaby down to toe being out (or in)  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

But they're still only as good as the bloke using them. The Hoffman and is it John Bean or something? are both capable of good results if used by someone who knows what they're doing. Used by numpty none of them will be much good.

One of the advantages of the hunter kit (and they have it at some kwikfits now) is that you can see from the screen what they are doing and get a printout to confirm everything is ok. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
