Thinking of Buying 2004 54 Reg RANGE ROVER 3.0 Td6 VOGUE

Hello I'm thinking of Buying a used RR 3.0 Td6 Vogue 2004 with 48k on clock around £25,000 from a garage
1, Is there anything I should be looking out for,
2, How many MPG would I expect from it,
3, Will this engine run on a vegetable oil mixture?
Thanks for your help with these questions

Does it have full range rover service history?
Get the reg and dealer its been too most, ring them and ask if its been in for any major work.
Diff blowing is a big problem, typically at 3yrs+ or around 65K, landrover fixing them out of warranty though
as standard you can get 25mpg on a run, 21 at worst

no idea about veggie oil, sorry Discovery 4 HSE
