When you check your oil.....

Do remember to secure the oil filler cap properly......... or you feel a complete tw@.... And you spend the next 3 hours with a bottle of gunk and a hot soapy sponge.....

I thought that with a Land Rover, it was good that oils leaking out the engine, as it means there is still some left in it..........

England 2016 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Causeway Grey

i regulary checked my 3.6tdv8 vogue oil level on dipstick
bought the new 4.4tdv8 vogue later last year and thought i would check the oil.
an hour later i still couldn't find the bloody dipstick.
being an engineer by trade i was determined it wouldn't get the better of me but had to resort to the owners manual in the end which informed me there wasn't a dipstick on the new 4.4tdv8.
did i feel an idiot or what Rolling with laughter
