Can't see on the GAP site that there is a setting for the steering motors either. Just have to do a bot more digging. Confused

Both motors on my steering column don't work so is that usual or could it be something else that has failed? I have power to the driver seat so Fuse 20 should be good. Any help would be appreciated.
