To close this off it seems like the new boot seal has stopped any further leaks.
All being well, I have a completely dry car for the foreseeable!

Tested this today and it seems to be all ok.
Off: 13v
On idle: 14.3v
On full usage: 13v
3000rpm: 14v

Think I’ve fixed the leaks!
Pulled down the headliner and the pipe connected to the sunroof drain was pinched.

Checked all the boot and can’t see or feel any leaks from the top or down the sides. Managed to clear the sunroof drain that was blocked by using the method on the thread ... |
