ive orddered a pair @ £430
no point changing only one for next week the other to fit
the motor has done 140k so thats good for a pair , im sure its not been apart before
going to clean ever ... |

pulled the egr apart , the guts are all in bits and the shaft is not connected anymore
so this is deff a issue and the noise I could hear |

just took the top turbo pipes off that go to the throttle bodies they are still perfect and no splits
do I literally just have to assume its the egr valve or can I prove it at all ?

thanks mate . the noise was whilst running / yes it feels like it runs on 7 when warming up occasionally
the noise was like a butterfly valve opening and closing every 1 second

last week it started fluctuating on the rev counter a little when cruising , it seems not to do it in cruise control mode and occasional misfire
so I have cleared all fault code ... |
