WD40 contains light oil, and is certainly a lubricant. A lubricant with far better lubricating properties for metal surfaces than water. It is not a relevant comparison.

Grease is also a lubricant ...

Something is wrong with your steps if they're taking 3 seconds to deploy. Mine swing out faster than you can open the door.

Okay to use those jack points to lift the entire car? I'm having a lift installed tomorrow. Also is there a specific puck to be used on those points?
