It would be great to know how this resolved. Did the guy end up breaking the car for parts. Or was it fixed.

| The other way to rotate the shaft into a good position is to remove the case off the motor (3 screws) and rotate the armature by hand. |

I’ve got a dead car, all faults point to a dead ecu (lost comms and can’t see it on GAP)

My symptoms are that it is not closing hence the fbh is trying to heat the whole block during parking heat operation.
Why you dont like the engine block is also preheated?
