Hiya
It was the connector at the passenger side in the door jamb. Remove the connector from the rubber and see if you can find any broken wires. It's a tight spot to work in. |

So the problem was the magnet, it stops perfectly now after 1 sweep and the washers work perfectly now. They must be linked to the position of the wiper

The lights are still illuminated, but in a stobe light fashion, on-off-on. The car does sleep and no lights are on the gear indicator.
