You can try cleaning with a magic sponge 1st to see if it restores the colour, you get them off the bay or most supermarkets.

Hi, your seats are now 12+ years old, they're not the same colour as they left the factory they're likely bleached from the sunlight.

I had Ivory on fatty off roader, their colour was a perfect match, I've never heard or seen three shades of it.....
