I got called back and the car is booked in this Friday morning to get it plugged in to a diagnostic machine to verify 100% its the BCM causing the issue and rule out wiring.

Well, I thought the reset had fixed it but the gremlins have returned with a vengeance today.
It took 7 or 6 goes with the ignition to get power steering up and running, I didn't try the rear doors ... |
