Yes just cut off what you need after you have removed paint from the existing wheelarch to see where the rust stops and you will be welding to clean metal

From memory when I was looking at mine (2006 model) to sort out it not working, the connections are colour coded and will ony fit in the correct colour coded parts of the amplifier

I am carrying out repairs to the wheel arches of my 2006 L322 and will probably have to weld in a repair panel. How are the side bumper brackets removed without breaking them?
