Yep, done all that, filed out the rear slot which has given me a bit more adjustment but still not enough. I'll take another photo of that and post, last one was too fuzzy

I'm unable to adjust the rear of my sunroof level with the roof line.
I have removed the glass and filed the adjusting slot as much as I dare which has helped a little.

Sounds like the lock up clutch in the torque convertor. Grinding is probably due to metal to metal where the friction material has worn off. The drive plate looks much like a standard manual clutch. ...
