+1 for radiator. It is hard to see leaks as they evaporate so quickly. I would also recommend replacing with behr make too, I tried an aftermarket and fit was not good and drain tap snapped off on fir ... |

Sounds typical thermostat symptoms to me

As you say, i removed amp, radio, nav, head unit and tv units- poss one of those had a drain of some sort |
