Bloody Car

Go back to the car after popping in for some late night shopping and it decides to lock us out. Button on the key would not open the doors.

Problem was I have a cover over the key hole, so for about 5 mins, me and the misses were trying like hell to get the cover off so I could use the key to unlock the car! Must have looked like we were trying to break into it!

Finally get the door open, alarm goes off, put the key in the ignition, alarm stops, engine starts and the key is fine again. Reformed

Similar thing last year. Went late night Christmas shopping for food... Got back to car with a huge trolley of food, mostly frozen or chilled. Bloody battery was flat and would not start. Previously..

That's the main flaw with those door handle covers, plus the fact that they have a sharpish edge on the inside.
