Another keyfob/alarm issue

Ive searched and searched this and other forums but i can't find the answer.

My symptoms were that my keyfob wouldn't lock/unlock doors, therefore following the guidelines on here i resync'd all was well for about 5 minutes when the keyfob wouldn't unlock/lock again. Strange!

I've tried holding the lock button and locking the doors procedure but that hasn't worked either. When i did try and resync my keyfob at the end of initialising, the keyfob continued to flash for a further 15secs which it hasn't done before and the doors did not lock unlock as they usually would when resyncing. anyone any ideas - similar problems to mine?

Cheers

The battery was replaced a couple of weeks ago. I tried again today and all worked well for about hour when it seemed as if the remote "forgot" who's car it was unlocking. I resynced it all again and the same thing keeps happening - its very frustrating! Any ideas anyone?

the cheapest option would be to get a second hand key and re-sync to see if its the key or module..
have you tried disconnecting the car batt for a while.. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
