Liquidations won't appear on companies house for a few weeks have you found out who the liquidators are as they might have already received a bid from interested parties wanting to buy before goods go to commercial auction houses |

This isnt normally decided until until a Creditors meeting which can take a few weeks. We were shafted a few weeks ago by a company who left us owing 60K but I was able to find out liquidator details by doing a google search a couple of days after the creditors meeting hope that helps. Maybe he was trying to punt his stuff before the big boys got their hands on them so as to not take so much of a hit on losses |

Administration can happen much quicker than liquidation with limited notices in the gazette (hence why I asked)

Shouldn't you have been at the creditors meeting You should have been listed as a creditor on the bankruptcy documents no? Over here, trustee in bankruptcy puts written notice on the door of their business. I'm assuming its the same over there? Our laws are largely based on UK laws. mike. |
