Jon! Have you broken it already I know I showed you how they operate I dont believe they just stop working so I expect there is a logical explaination. Thanks Pretlove it's really sad she is only 3 and a lovely temperament but has been plagued with ear problems since early on the vet wanted to do major surgery on both ears and then give her steroids for the rest of her life didn't seem right to prolong her pain |

I had this problem and a wire has come disconnected in the back of the seat, hope this helps |

Hi Andy under the rear of the seat there are 2 screws remove these and the back will lift off you should see a connector feel up the back of the seat and you should find the detached connector |
