well, i found it, nothing like it says in the book
it has only one valve for both front and rear, not two valves as per book
it is located under the drivers seat, forward of the air tank

Australia 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

hi, that’s the best pic i seem to be able to get
havent been feeling to good lately
and with the weather being up around the top 30 to 40 i have been hiding from the sun.
the pic is supposed to be 2002 to 2005
mine dose not have no 17
i removed the valve, shown in an earlier post but i could not see any thing wrong with it,
i reinstalled it, now i have no air to both front air bags and the warning lights are on (abs + which weren’t on before).
although the suspension was down on the left front, no faults showed up on the gap, now its showing a fault and a heap of others and i cant clear it.
i removed the two air supply pipes, which go to the front air bags but no air comes out.
now i am stuck RR 2005 4.4 petrol

Yes, the compressor is working.
When this first happened there were no fault codes with Gap ID tool!
Now there is lots of faults.
I had it running for quiet some time, the compressor had switched its self-off, nothing was happening.
The height switch is locked, so I cant put it in off road or access.
I turned off the engine and a couple of seconds later the compressor came on and the rear lifted a bit to normal height.
Then I heard a short blast of air from the valve, the pipes to the front are still removed, then another blast, by the time I had got under neath to see where the air was coming from, there was another very short blast and no more.
A couple of days later I tried it again but there was no air blasts.
So there is no air to the front air bags. RR 2005 4.4 petrol

no change i am afraid
changed the front height sensors
changed the valve as shown in previous post
changed the air susp ECU
i removed the air pipes to the front springs from the valve, no air comes out of them.
i went to the rover dealer, told them, my vehicle doesn't have a front cross link valve, as shown in the diagram, they said, no it doesn't, after me looking all over for it.
so, now i dont know which way to head RR 2005 4.4 petrol

The cross-link valves in the later systems (MY07+) are a 3rd valve in each valve block, with the other 2 the corner valves.
Can you follow the line from the centre valve block to check that you've refitted the lines correctly to the front valve block? Are your lines coloured?

Hmm, just caught-up a little. The valve block at the front was only fitted up to MY04.

Are your lines coloured?
yes, yellow for the right side
black for the lift side

where did you get this information from, i only found this out to day and i have been looking for information for months, had to go to the dealers
can you tell me if the air susp ECU RQT 000011 and RQT 000013 are interchangeable.
ebay sellers say they are??
have you any information on the valve block, next to the tank

LRDirect show RQT000011 superseding to RQT000013, so OK to use 13 where 11 was originally fitted.

According to Microcat 2012, RQT000011 was replaced by RQT000013 during MY04 production so your vehicle should have been fitted with RTQ000013. I've also found that Microcat shows the airline colours.
The valve block that you found for 261 Euro is aftermarket whereas the LR version around $1500. I couldn't spot a repair kit for the valve block.

I can't spot a wiring diagram for the valve block in the wiki but with the valve removed you should be able to operate each valve using 12V on probes trying the pin combinations. I would expect the ground wire for each connector to be either black or black plus a stripe, thereby identifying the ground pin.

The 3 electrical connectors shouldn't be able to be fitted to the wrong sockets due to different keying.
