Sounds like the front valve block isn't venting to gallery - has the pipe been pinched? if the valve block was disconnected it should throw a DTC or two. |

The front valve block is right down at the bottom behind splash guards, I’ve not been near that one so am a bit confused by it.

Are the height sensors OK? - as in link rods connected and nothing stopping free movement? |

Also, have you got the blue & black pipes in the correct positions on the reservoir block?

Odd how it was venting the rears and not the front though! |

A few years ago i had a L319 that had dessicant in the front valve block, nowhere else, it caused all kind of issues - of course, no helpful DTC's were set... I tried cleaning the block (easy enough to open up) but the bore was scored so it was never working 100% after that. Out of warranty so the customer had to stump up for a new valve block & filter/drier, we recommended a new airline but I think the labour cost to change killed that idea! |
