It's not the pressure, which is temperature dependent, it's the charge weight - shown on the slam panel or the bonnet label, I forget which. How did you evacuate the system prior to changing the pipe?

I never evacuated the system,I just unscrewed the pipe and pulled it off,Phoenix |

Right, then can I suggest that you get it booked in to somewhere that does an aircon degas / regas so they can suck out whatever remains in your system, vac. it out to remove any traces of oxygen (and leak check it) then charges with the correct amount of refrigerant?
