Aircon Compressor motor current problem, please advise

Trying to get to the bottom of Aircon issue in my 2010 3.6/tdv8
In the IIDTool, it's showing compressor motor current as 0
Though the clutch is engaging and disengaging fine.
Aircon system pressure is around 15 bar

Is there a fuse or ray for the Aircon compressor that I can check.

Please advise.

Thanks

There isn't a fuse, the clutch is powered directly from the control module (it's not a high current circuit) check for an output on pin 2 of the black three-pin plug on the back of the climate control module. When you say it's engaging & disengaging, what do you mean? does the system pressure change and the Evap. temperature drop?

When I press the AC button, the clutch engages and disengages. And I can hear the compressor too. Though haven't been able to see it from above.

The system pressure did change a bit and evaporator temp did come down a lot roughly from 25+ to 8 degrees.

What's the location of climate control module ?

It sounds like the climate control & compressor clutch is working fine, possibly the climate control module isn't measuring / reporting the current draw or the diagnostic software isn't polling it correctly.
The climate control module is in lower centre dash with the climate buttons and rotary controls on it - easy to get out once you have the side 'cheeks' removed.

What is the specific concern you are experiencing?

My specific concern is the zero current drawn for compressor.

Just trying to be sure that the compressor is working fine.

Confused as to how clutch gets engaged when compressor draws 0 current.

Isn't clutch part of the compressor

Thanks

So other that the reported current draw, the aircon is working fine? If so, it's either the climate control module not reporting the current draw, or your diagnostics not polling the climate control module for the data correctly.

Yes, the electromagnetic clutch is part of the aircon compressor assembly.
