Is the seat switches the only thing not working? If so, it could be that the switch pack is faulty or possibly the seat switch connectors are loose.

I believe you have to remove the seat valance to get to the switch pack, but it's not an easy job as there are tabs on the valance that are too easy to break. I think the valance is secured by a screw at the back of the seat.
