I've been meaning to ask this question for ages. When we had a 2003 L322 the handbook clearly had this section in it and the instruments panel shows it happening, but the 2010 models we now have don't mention it. Do the later models not drop 20mm, or do they simply not bother putting it in the handbook? Assume it could be that the later adjustable dampers mean the feature is no longer necessary. Anyone know? info might not be in the owners manual but "might" be in the WM

over 100kn/h, that might be why it dosnt change, i dont oftern travel in over 100km areas RR 2005 4.4 petrol

Later models (2010+ IIRC) do not lower at speed. Bish.
