I have the hatchbag liner in my car, fitted the day I got it and never had a problem. |

Thanks for the quick response but the vents must do something!

Not sure what the vents do to be honest, but the liner has some give so there is airflow. The liner has been in situ for 2 1/2 years without any issues. When I want access to the power outlet or the seat folding switches, I just peel the liner back to reveal them. That said, I rarely tip the seats or use the power outlet. If your use needs more frequent access then cutting small holes makes sense. |

The genuine LR boot liners have cut outs for them, it was one of the deciding factors in going genuine. I was a bit nervous that the quality wouldn't be as good but its been in over a year and still looks great

You shouldn’t worry, there are more extraction vents just below the rear side windows. |

Bought and fitted the full Hatchbag liner as soon as I got my car last July. No issues whatsoever. Brilliant piece of kit. |

Id be interested to know how you are gettiong on with the Hatchbag. I bought something similar for my RRSport but the "adhesive" velcro strips applied to the boot sidewalls soon didnt stick any more and the sides no longer stayed in place.

Hi, in answer to your question - both fastenings used. The bootliner has not moved an iota!

I’ve had the current car for 3 years and the hatchbag was fitted the day I picked it up. Still in place, all Velcro still in place and the excess strip (the give you way more than you need) is still in my toolbox. Previous car was the same and I’m so pleased with the product I got one for my wife’s mini. |

Hi, just for info. The vents in the back are the intake for the rear heater motor on the A/B, as you have 4 zone climate with separate motor, heater matrix and air conditioning for the rear passengers. |
