Take it to a garage to do, a bit of heat and it will come off fine...

Mine was so corroded, There was absolutely no way was it ever coming out & believe me I tried everything (Small 12 mm fill plug type).

Give the area around the fill plug a good scrub with a wire brush, then over the course of a couple of days spray some penetrating oil on it and just before you go to remove it, apply some heat to it and it should come out pretty easily.
