ffrr error codes p0120 & p0221

hi all ripping my hair out with my latest ffrr fault, it's a 2003 4.4 v8 l322, driving home the other night i let my foot off the accelerator and ping! engine failsafe mode, drove a bit further let foot off again and ping!, air suspension inactive, hdc inactive, engine check light, abs warning light, brake warning light, but car drives absolutly fine no loss of power, it is bringing up these faults on petrol & lpg, and after switching the ignition on the engine does not need to be running to bring the errors up, on reading the codes po120 & po221 throttle potetiometer clear the code it comes straight back so far i have done the following.

check battery getting 12.5 volts after being stood overnight
check alternator charging at 14.1 volts
changed accelerator pedal (2 different units)
checked air filter
cleaned throttle body
checked wiring from throttle body back to ecu
with theair intake pipe off, checked throttle operation and all seems fine
checked thermostat heater

so far none of the above has cleared this error or found any faults i'm now thinking maybe maf or throttle body itself, error only shows itself when throttle at fully closed position below is some live dats i've taken using hawkeye to try and identify the problem. readings were taken at tickover. any help appreciated.

no luck over there, have checked the wiring from the throttle body to the ecu, with a multimeter i have 0.1 ohm resistance on all wires, i have also checked the blue wire for ground which has been a few issues noted but blue wire to neg battery terminal (with loom connected to ecu) 0.1 ohm resistance also

Yes I did fix it, turns out the e-box fan failed which resulted in the engine ecu going faulty. I lubed the ebox fan, bought a replacement ecu and had it programmed and the cars been fine since

Great to hear you sorted the problem and thanks for your reply .

E-box fan is located in the bottom of the big black box under the bonnet, simply remov the lid, pull the ecus and their carrier out, and fan is towards the front of the box, it will have a plastic casing. Just open it up give it 12v and spray the spindle with wd40
